Privacy overview

NeuroHz is a wellness and focus app for Android and iOS. We respect your privacy and process the minimum information needed to play audio, restore your purchases and keep the app stable. This notice explains what we collect, how it is used and the rights you have under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, APPI, PDPA and the Australian Privacy Act.

What this site may collect

Basic analytics, device and browser information, referral data and support emails may be processed to understand site performance and reply to requests.

Information we collect

NeuroHz processes only the data needed to run on your device: language and audio preferences, session timing kept locally, your subscription or temporary unlock status, cached binaural and ambient files, and anonymous diagnostic events when an error occurs. The app does not ask for your name or address, and it does not use accounts or sign-in. When ads are shown to free users, Google Mobile Ads may process limited advertising identifiers under its own terms.

How we use your information

We use this information to play audio, remember your preferences, restore your purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, generate and cache sound files, show or suppress advertising and keep the app stable and secure. The legal bases that may apply include your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in security and reliability, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers and third parties

NeuroHz relies on Apple, Google and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to deliver core platform functions, in-app purchases, subscriptions and advertising for free users. These providers may receive limited technical signals, purchase tokens, device identifiers or transaction metadata strictly to deliver the requested service under their own terms and applicable law. We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.

Advertising and similar technologies

Free users may see banner, interstitial or rewarded ads delivered by Google Mobile Ads. The app does not use browser cookies, but it relies on similar technologies such as local storage, SDK identifiers, cached files, purchase receipts and ad request metadata. In regions where consent is required, the app and the store listing follow the applicable consent and disclosure rules. You can stop seeing ads at any time by upgrading to Pro.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro upgrades, the annual subscription and the lifetime option are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Payment information is handled exclusively by these stores under their own terms; NeuroHz never sees or stores your card data. The app keeps a small local record of your active product, entitlement status, temporary unlocks and any Pro time earned through streaks so that access can be restored on your device or after reinstalling the app.

Storage and security

Settings, progress and audio caches are stored on your device using protected app storage. Diagnostic logs are sanitized to avoid recording emails, tokens, URLs, file paths or other sensitive content. Data sent to platform providers travels over encrypted connections. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Local data stays on your device until you delete it from the app, clear app storage or uninstall NeuroHz. Diagnostic and crash records held by Apple, Google or AdMob are kept under their own retention rules. You can erase local preferences and cached audio at any time from Settings, then Delete local data; purchases remain linked to your store account so you can restore Pro on any device.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including Apple, Google and Google Mobile Ads, operate globally and may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. When such transfers occur, our providers rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the EU-U. S. Data Privacy Framework or equivalent mechanisms in your region.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of certain sharing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. You can manage language, ad preferences, subscriptions and device identifiers through the app, your operating system and your Apple or Google account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address listed below.

Children's privacy

NeuroHz is intended for general wellness and focus and is not directed to children under the digital age of consent in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If your jurisdiction sets a higher digital age threshold, parental consent or age verification may apply. If you believe a child has used the app without appropriate consent, contact us so we can help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect new features, regulatory changes or feedback from our users. The date at the top of this page always shows when the current version was published. When changes are significant we will highlight them inside the app or in the public privacy policy.
